I consider myself a life-long learner, due to my innate curiosity to build on my academic foundations in Communication and Public Relations, and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends through continued coursework and professional development.
Practicing mindfulness is important in my daily routine because it helps manage my stress and anxiety, increase productivity, and improve my conflict management skills which are crucial in the workplace. Therefore, mindfulness activities I integrate into my self-care routine include meditation, painting, gratitude journaling, and breathwork exercises.
